About the Journal
Journal Index of Exploratory Studies (JIES) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal that adopts a double-blind peer-review system. It is published by the Democratic Arabic Center for Strategic, Political and Economic Studies, based in Berlin, Germany. The journal is published quarterly, with one issue released every three months.
The journal is dedicated to publishing original scientific research and scholarly studies across the various fields of the social sciences and humanities. It accepts contributions in Arabic, English, French, and Spanish.
JIES aims to promote scientific research, particularly field-based and empirical studies, and to support approaches that contribute to a deeper understanding of contemporary social and human phenomena and transformations. It also seeks to analyze and interpret the issues and challenges facing societies and individuals within their diverse contexts.
In line with its academic mission, the journal seeks to support researchers and their scholarly work by subjecting submitted manuscripts to rigorous peer review, contributing to the improvement of their academic quality, and publishing and making them accessible to researchers and interested readers. In doing so, JIES aims to promote the dissemination of scientific knowledge and contribute to the advancement of research in the social sciences and humanities.
